Thank you Intense Debate! I ask every web app I profile about data export and the vast majority just tell me “oh, we’re working on that.”
I can’t agree more. The trouble with most systems collecting user’s data is that very few make it easy to take data out. Some still consider that the data is theirs to own or that export is an enhancement and can wait.
